OK, these are your basic ANSI B16.5 flanges. Anyone can make these and so can we. But not everyone can make them in small quantities with quick turn-around. That’s where PSI comes in. Specialty materials, faces, threaded bolt holes? We can do that too!
Now how about something fun. These are stainless steel foundation flanges. Do you need parts that are not completely round? No problem. Our custom flanges are made precisely to the specifications of our clients. It’s important to note that no size or shape is out of the question. We put the most modern technology to work to ensure the custom flanges we create are perfect each time. You’ll see in our examples that typical materials for custom flanges include aluminum, steel, stainless steel and more.
Not all flanges are machined the same. Check out these square (and not so square) hydraulic flanges. Notice the tight tolerance o-ring face on the first two.

These are studded outlets that we make for our friends in Chester, PA (as well as others). The bolt holes are threaded and not all of the way through making machining just a little more difficult.
